AI changes the equation.
AI systems produce probabilistic, not predictive, outcomes. An AI solution might give two different answers when asked the same question twice.

You need to reconsider how your customer-facing agreements address responsibility, customer expectations, data use, human oversight, third-party AI platforms, reliance on AI-generated output, and the limits of what your company can promise.
